Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Ansytek collects through the website at ansytek.com, why, and what your rights are. It covers the marketing website only. The Ansytek application at app.ansytek.com is provided to customers under a separate agreement and data processing terms.
Who we are
Ansytek is a software company based in Cairo, Egypt, that provides sales and collections software. For this website, Ansytek is the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at hello@ansytek.com.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you send us a demo request through the contact form:
- What you type: your name, company, work email, role (optional) and the message you write.
- Collected automatically with the request: your approximate country (provided by our hosting provider from your connection) and your browser's user-agent string. We use these to understand where requests come from and to detect abuse.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any sensitive personal data. Please do not include any in your message.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decisions. We will only send you marketing about Ansytek if you have asked to hear from us.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, stores demo requests in its database, and routes email sent to our addresses.
- Resend sends the internal notification email that tells us a request arrived.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site. Your browser requests them directly from Google, so Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
These providers may process data outside Egypt, including in the United States and the European Union. We rely on their contractual and security commitments for those transfers.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking. If we later add privacy-friendly traffic statistics, or advertising measurement for campaigns, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it before doing so.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for up to 24 months after the last contact so that we can follow up on the same enquiry. If we start working together, the data moves into our customer records and is kept under that relationship. You can ask us to delete your request sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), and under similar laws that may apply to you, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, and withdraw consent you have given. Email hello@ansytek.com from the address you used and we will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the period the law sets. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Centre in Egypt or to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our cloud providers, whose access is restricted to the people who need it to operate the business. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending anything confidential through the form.
Changes
